MIM has achieved significant results in changing lives. In keeping with its rigorous professional standards, MIM subjects many of the program results to independent evaluation.
GENERAL
More than 58,000 students, parents and educators have participated in an MIM Program or Event.
More than 1,500 health and science professionals have volunteered to train or mentor MIM students.
We have 62 media features.
We have four (4) articles in peer-reviewed publications and four (4) book chapters.
COLLEGE LEVEL
94% of medical school applicants matriculated into medical school after taking the Medical Pathway Program since 2008. n=402 students accepted to medical school
In 2020, fourteen (14) students were accepted to medical school or a medical school bridge program.
In 2021, twelve (12) students were accepted to medical school or a medical school bridge program.
223 students have pursued other health careers including Nursing, Physician Assistant, EMT, Public Health and even science education.
SCHOOL BASED (Middle and High School)
7,500 middle and high students have participated in school-based programs since 2009.
100% graduated from high school, 97% enrolled in college, 58% pursued STEM career in college (small sampling of 500 random participants who completed the high school elective)
