Virtual “Walk and Talk”

Join us from your favorite location via Zoom as we exercise and hear from leading healthcare professionals.

  • Measure vital signs (ex. Blood pressure, BMI and heart rate)
  • Organize a walking program and weight loss challenge
  • Identify diseases related to the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal system
