Biomedical Research WEEKEND Hackathon (online)

 

  • Teams of students from middle school to graduate school spend a weekend developing public service campaigns around scientific publications.
  • Network with leading health, science and engineering professionals
  • Develop skills in group dynamics and conflict resolution

Virtual “Walk and Talk”

Join us from your favorite location via Zoom as we exercise and hear from leading healthcare professionals.

Date: Saturday, May 15th from 10am to 12pm EST

Students will learn how to:

  • Measure vital signs (ex. Blood pressure, BMI and heart rate)
  • Organize a walking program and weight loss challenge
  • Identify diseases related to the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal system
